Barbara is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the school office. Barbara provides administrative assistance to the Director and school staff by managing the master calendar, the school’s financial transactions (tuition payments, petty cash, school fees, etc.), answering and screening phone calls, preparing correspondence and other written communication, receiving and responding to inquiries and requests, coordinating meetings and events, performing various personnel management functions, monitoring staff time and attendance , managing crisis situations, handling confidential information, and other related duties.
