Our goal is to assist every student with autism to be equipped and able to achieve academic, social, and behavioral excellence in an environment centered on strong character values.
Dear AAED Parents,
Our campuses are closed during the statewide closure of schools. We will continue to follow the CDC guidelines on when to resume school. Even though there will be no classes on campus, we have some alternative learning opportunities and activities for you and your student. As always, we appreciate your support and cooperation. Please be checking your email often as we will continue to keep families updated on the status of our school. Below are some resources that might be helpful.
My son comes home happy every day now.
I feel comfortable that the staff know how to appropriately manage my son’s behaviors.
The communication with the teachers is fantastic. The staff truly individualizes how they deal with each student based on that student’s needs. I especially appreciate the considerations for sensory and emotional regulation challenges, as well as the encouragement of socialization with peers. It is a wonderful environment and has completely changed my student’s views on school.
Our son feels comfortable and eager to learn in the safe, and productive environment you provide. He feels like he’s finally found the school where he belongs; with like minded, eccentric, caring, and brilliant individuals.
I love the communication from my son’s teacher – the good AND the not so good. I really feel like we are a TEAM working together to bring out the best in my son.
