Assistant Director of Programs
Lauren Gray earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of North Texas and a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education. In Texas, she began her career in higher education working in Career Services, which sparked her passion for workforce readiness and development. She also worked in Advanced Studies supporting doctoral students. After a few years of working in higher education, Lauren began teaching high school English at a charter school in the beginning stages. She oversaw the Early College Program and provided academic and career advising for students at the school for 12 years. In 2017 she joined AAED and is excited about the focus on integrating vocational and life skills into the academic setting for all students to reach their greatest potential in adulthood!
